Real Madrid Nightmares : Three Straight Draws And Counting

Real Madrid yesterday registered their third draw in a row in the Champions League Group F second fixture against Borussia Dortmund and before then Las Palmas and Villarreal but the Zidane side seem not to understand how to fix this persistent problem.

The Madrid had been going through this draw issues since their game against Espanyol and had since a 1-1 draw with Villarreal and 2-2 with Las Palmas and now 2-2 against Dortmund, now to understand the problem we have to go back to their last win.

Against Espanyol, Madrid had enjoyed a 2-1 win and a three point taken but something had taken place and no one might thought it very important to note or assume  a possible problem In future.

During  the Espanyol game, Casemiro had limped off to injury but this might not have been a problem if they had a replacement, at then their hopes might have all been in one basket with out their consent since they unknowingly sent their replacement for Casemiro ( Marcos Llorente) on loan to Alaves and didn't dim fit to get another before the transfer window closed.

Hence, while the forwards worked tirelessly moving forward the space in the defence keeps bringing them backward. Yesterday in the Champions League Group F game against Dortmund they had the privilege of going ahead twice and still had to fall back to a draw at the late minutes of the game.

Looking at the game critically, apart from the defensive errors, I think the Dortmund side played better than the Madrid side, if you take a closer look at the Statistics but I feel with a forward as good as that of Madrid more was expected even against a strong side as Dortmund but they played less and utilized opportunities.
