West Ham United 0 - 3 Southampton : 5th Loss For West Ham United
West Ham United 0 - 3 Southampton
West Ham United has today hosted Southampton at home (Olympic Stadium) which ended a fifth defeat out of six games played by the team this season and a place in the Relegation Zone.
Southampton has completed four clean sheets in all competition courtesy of West Ham forwards who could not make a chance into a goal through out the 90 minutes of the game, the West Ham defense helping out with some lazy defending and offering their visitors an easy win. Having a slow start to the season the Southampton side has today been able to make a second win this season which added to their two draws gives them 8 points in six matches, leaving them in the 9th position after Chelsea.
The Game was fun for the Southampton side as a good pass of the ball was observed in the second half which lead to more goals against the Slaven Bilic side.
The Game ended a goal down for the home side, a goal by Charlie Austin was enough to start their nightmare as the home side did not play good football even at the onset, showing a lot of work needs to be inputed into the West Ham side if improvement is to be made on the team, the game showed how deteriorated the West Ham team had gone.
60th minute goal by Dusan Tadic was a signature of no hope for West Ham putting Dusan Tadic in a dip position, as pertaining to his job. Because the final goals in the 90th minute James Ward only added to the sorrow, a dreamy reality he had lost five out of six matches, this any body will ask questions on his position.
