Stevenson toyed with his opponent, breaking him down with every shot before, eventually ending the fight with a big body shot in the sixth round. The shot sent  Caraballo  to his knees and his gloves on the canvas and while stuck there because of the pains, the referee Tony Weeks was forced to end the fight at exactly 1:31 of the sixth. Manchester City Vs Everton : Match Preview

Manchester City  will host Everton at Etihad on the 15th of October 2016 after the International national break for the 8th match of the 2016/2017 Premier League season.

Manchester City who suffered a loss to Tottenham a weekend before the break and will be hoping to get back on track by winning this home fixture which will ensure they maintain that 1st League position. Manchester City has had its own share of injury scares including Aguero, Kelvin de Bruyne, Sagna, but de Bruyne and Aguero are speculated fit for the Everton clash.

Everton on the other hand,  has had a much less impressive start compared to their opponents Manchester City and so is Tottenham, who defeated the leaders before the break and showing that Pep Guardiola can be defeated. Therefore, if Everton is to tune their discipline and control with the ball both in defence and forward, taking chances created without thinking or making silly passes, I guess Pep Guardiola could face another loss, though it's been three years since Everton won Manchester City in a league game that's 2013 2-0 win over Manchester City, Leon Osman and Nikica Jelavic found the net then.

The Everton side presently holds the fifth position in the Premier League Table with 4 wins, 2 draws and one loss under their new manager Ronald Koeman and another loss or draw will not be favorable for the Everton side which will give either Chelsea or Manchester United a chance to go above them if not both.

Kelvin de Bruyne, Sagna and Vincent Company will be absent from the Manchester City  squard which will be a plus to the Everton side but Pep Guardiola will have to put up a strong squard against their visitors if they are to remain at the top of the League
