Leicester who do no have a good start to the season have only   won 3 games, 4 draws and 3 losses as compared to the Tottenham side who have just one point shy from joining the team's at the top.
Tottenham Hotspor apart from the Manchester City game in the beginning of October have seen a drop in form, managing to pick a point in the three games (West Bromwich, Bournemouth) just to keep their unbeaten record going or maybe remain at the top of the EPL table.

The Game between this two will be close as Tottenham injuries still limit them and the Licester side still haven't picked their feat where they left of last season. hence, the game will go 2-1 in favour of Tottenham or a 1-1 draw
