Chelsea at home today hosted Tottenham Hotspur at Stanford bridge in their thirteenth game of the season, also the first meeting between Antonio Conte and Mauricio Pochettino as an opposition, the game had both teams come in with a bid to maintain their records, Chelsea hoping to increase their winning Run to 7 games and Tottenham hoping to continue their unbeaten run.
This was all both teams had at stake, though Chelsea might have a little shuffle at the top while Tottenham Hotspur will remain 5th whether Win or Loss.
The First 45 minutes was leveled though Christian Eriksen goal came early, it wasn't enough, Pedro Rodriguez leveled the game before half time whistle.
The second 45 went in favour of Conte, Courtesy of Moses, who from a counter resulting from some good clearance from the Chelsea defence, made good use of Costa's assist to score Chelsea's second, to give Chelsea another win over Tottenham Hotspur at Stanford.
For 26 years and 30 games now Tottenham Hotspor has not seen a win at Stanford Bridge, also their Unbeaten run came to an end, though still maintaining the fifth position with twenty four points, the Chelsea will will now bring back the dangers of falling below the fifth position in future.
Chelsea on the other hand are on top the table with 31 points, now 7 wins without a draw or Loss, Antonio Conte is having a good time.
