Usain Bolt Loses Gold Medal To Doping Case
Usain Bolt has lost one of his 9 gold medals to Nesta Carter's Doping case, reported by the IOC on Wednesday was tested positive with methylhexaneamine, A stimulant during the re-analysis of samples from the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
Carter and Bolt were team mates in the 4*100 meter team, which also included Michael Frater and Asafa Powell in the team. They did not only win the race but did break the world record setting a new record of 37.10 seconds. Nesta Carter stated the race with Bolt running before their last team mate.
Olympic rules state that the entire relay team can be disqualified and stripped of medals if one runner fails a doping test.
