Big Baby took the fight to his opponent from the opening Bell fighting on even when Washington trying to bring his jab into play, got really serious in the second round, taking control with some heavy hands, landing a barrage of punches.
Gerald Washington was so bad as he also boxed well on the back-foot working behind his jab but Miller continued his physical presence felt in the following stanzas, with some incredible defense and heading towards landing that powerful knockout blow.
Washington in the sixth round got close up on Miller, using his fist as a denting weapon on the younger opponent but despite having some success, the younger opponent regained himself finishing the round with a heavy-handed assault on a tiring Washington.
Washington lost his grip in the fight and couldn't reply those heavy blows from Miller in the second half of the fight. The blows crushed through him and after a punishing eighth for the Californian, the referee waved off the contest
