Jose Mourinho told the press after their 3Nil win yesterday, that he is waiting for news from Chelsea over Matic's but clears out air for Fellaini this Summer.

Manchester United had been in search of a holding midfielder and Chelsea's Matic's has been looked upon as possible future for the position. Matic, who has already done his medical with the club at Carrington on Sunday, will have his deal finalized in the next 24 hours and might possibly feature for United against Real Madrid in the UEFA Super Cup.

Matic open arrival will possibly be using the No. 31 Jersey as seen during the medical. The Number which has been vacant, since the departure of Schweinsteiger to MLS last season.
"I am waiting for news," Mourinho told a news conference after a 3-0 friendly win over Valerenga in Oslo on Sunday.

"I know that he wants that very, very much. When a player wants very, very much, the chance is bigger.

"I think we have a chance but in football until it's official, I saw so many things happen that I refuse to say more than I am telling you now.
"No. 31 is a free number. We have a few free and 31 is one of them."

Jose Mourinho insisted that Marouane Fellaini's transfer to Turkish side Galatasaray will not proceed this summer even if Matic arrives at Manchester United from Chelsea as he has since undergone Medicals.

"It is easier for Galatasaray to get me than Marouane. Marouane forget it. He's very important for me." He said

The Old Trafford Boss took a very technical answer for the press, when asked about Conte's speech about "Mourinho's Season" before he laid praises on Lukaku

"I could answer in many different ways but I am not going to lose my hair to speak about Antonio's comments.

"It's nice [for Lukaku]. Strikers they like to score goals.

"It's not important for me but it's important for him, for his confidence, his self-esteem.

"We managers are many times happy with them even when they don't score because of the way they participate. For them, scoring goals is always important."
