Kelechi Iheanacho To Complete Leicester Medical On Friday

The Nigerian and Manchester City Forward Kelechi Iheanacho has been tipped to create huge competition for Jamie Vardy in Leicester City and the club has agreed a £25 million deal which is subject to a medical scheduled to take place on Friday.


Leicester City are set to add the Nigerian on a four year deal which will make him their fifth signing of the summer after Harry Maguire, Sam Hughes, Vicente Iborra and Eldin Jakupovic and will bring him together with his compatriots Ahmed Musa and Wilfred Ndidi.

Aiyawatt Srivaddha-naprabha, Leicester City Chairman has claimed that the forward is eager to join the former Champions as he has fallen out of favour in Pep Guardiola's team.

“A fee has been agreed, only the medical to go, and it could be as early as Friday,’’ he told BBC Leicester Radio.
