Esteban Ocon collided with Sergio Perez twice in the weekends Belgian GP, in the opening lap, which had Ocon brush his wheels on the wall while the second cost Perez and Ocon a right-rear puncture for Perez and front-wing damage.

But all that has been put in the rear by Ocon who published in his Twitter page that he has accepted the apology from his teammate and that his mission is to maintain the team's position in the constructors Championship.

Both drivers had gotten into a fight after the incident with Ocon claiming his teammate was putting their lives in danger while Perez accepted blame for the first clash, he claimed the second could have been avoided if Ocon was patient.

"In the heat of the moment and given the dangerous situation, I was very much upset,'' Ocon's statement read. "But we will be moving forward, we are a team and I appreciate my teammate apologising.

"We want to work better together. I am committed to the success of Sahara Force India, and I am confident that as a team we will put this behind us to reach even greater levels of success together. We have a big challenge ahead with keeping fourth place, and nothing will distract us from that goal.'
