Shakur Stevenson Breaks Down Felix Caraballo, Stops Him In Six ↑ Grab this Headline Animator WBO featherweight champion Shakur Stevenson made a successful 130 pound debut against  Felix Caraballo , working him down to a sixth round stoppage victory in a non title fight at the MGM Grand Conference Center on Tuesday night. Stevenson toyed with his opponent, breaking him down with every shot before, eventually ending the fight with a big body shot in the sixth round. There has been much attention shifted to the 44-year-old six division world champion and Golden Boy Promotions CEO Oscar De La Hoya since his recently called out to UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor for a fight in the Boxing ring and claiming he will end him in two rounds.

He has been out since 2008 and his last fight before retirement, saw him get battered by Manny Pacquiao but now he claims to be secretly training and will do a better job than Floyd Mayweather.

"You know I'm competitive," De La Hoya said on 'Golden Boy Radio with Tattoo and the Crew', a daily digital radio show. "I still have it in me. I've been secretly training. I'm faster than ever and stronger than ever. I know I can take out Conor McGregor in two rounds. I'll come back for that fight. Two rounds. Just one more (fight). I'm calling him out. Two rounds, that's all I need. That's all I'm going to say."

"I've been working out for the last five months. (My confidence) is how I feel now from my training. I don't know what it is, but I'll tell you now that I've never felt so good before in my life."

Oscar De La Hoya had been one of the biggest critics of the Floyd Mayweather money fight and had even called it a circus, saying the real fight that period will be Canelo Alvarez Vs Gennady Golovkin which was to come up in September.

He claimed the fight was fixed and that Floyd Mayweather intentionally held the fight longer, gave away the early rounds, then give out a late KO to take the money on the wager.

His call out has shocked the Boxing World and more so the CEO of Mayweather Promotions Leonard Ellerbe.

"This guy... he trashed our fight, he sent an open letter to the fans encouraging them not to buy our fight. And he did tons of interviews to trash the fight. Go sit down somewhere, it ain't happening," Ellerbe told the Mayweather Boxing Channel.

"He's wanted to be like Floyd his whole career. You're not Floyd, you're not Floyd. You've gotta move past that. At this point the fans are laughing at you. He's making a mockery out of himself."
