Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos believes that Jose Mourinho is a top Coach and that, it will be the delight of any team to have the Portuguese as manager

Jose Mourinho was in charge of Real Madrid from 2010 to 2013 and has just been sacked by Manchester united this Week, sparking rumors of a potential returnvto the Spanish capital.

Despite his praise for Jose Mourinho, Ramos believes there is big need to respect the current Real Madrid mannger Santiago Solari

"We have had five years since Mourinho [left] and we are still talking about Mourinho. Why?" Ramos said.
"He is a coach of the highest level so everyone would want him. Real Madrid has won everything so we have to have respect for the coach that we have now.
"We don't have Mourinho, we have (Santiago) Solari. We're going to see if we can win this title and maybe after that we will talk about Mourinho. I don't want to be part of this [rumours] game."

Real Madrid defeated Kashima Antlers 3 - 0, thanks to Gareth Bale's Hat Trick on Wednesday, to book a place in the Final against Ai Ain in UAE
