The WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder has been ruthless knocking out every opponent he has faces except Tyson Fury, whom he mercilessly dropped twice in their first fight and plans to face in an anticipated rematch on Feb. 22nd.
Luis Ortiz has been Wilder's most recent victim, having suffered the same fate in his rematch on Saturday. He had dominated the fight from the first round and was leading on all scorecards before being dropped by a merciless right hand in the seventh round, bringing the fight to a sudden end.
The Cuban believes that the Unbeaten Champion will give Fury no respect and will definitely add Fury to his increasing list of knockout victories when they both meet in the ring on Feb. 22nd.

“Me and Fury are two completely different fighters,” Ortiz said during a post-fight press conference Saturday night at MGM Grand. “I don’t believe that Wilder probably will respect Fury in a rematch, and [they] might have the same outcome by knockout victory.”

Wilder (42-0-1, 41 KOs) dropped Tyson Fury (29-0-1, 20 KOs) twice in their first meeting, sending him to the canvas in the ninth round and in the 12th round but the Brit was able to beat the count and finished strong to get debatable draw result from the Judges on Dec. 1st at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

With the win against Luis Ortiz on Saturday, Wilder cleared all obstacles on the way of his anticipated rematch with Fury. Both fighters had already had the contracts for the fights signed before Wilder went ahead to grant Ortiz a rematch.

Deontay Willder has always been willing to demonstrate his power against his opponents and definitely made his point against Ortiz. However, Fury has been has been the only one to be dropped with out being knocked cold in 12 rounds and now leaves us questions (If He can survive another well connected right hand or He will be able to use his slick movements to earn himself a victory over the Record Breaking Heavyweight ruler)
