Bellator 237 - Fedor Emelianenko Ends Quinton Jackson With One Punch KO
Emelianenko was nothing Jackson was prepared to face. He was exceptionally faster than Jackson, landed some fast combinations before sending his opponent face first to the canvas with a Haymaker and all this happened within three minutes of the opening round.
The Heavyweight co-headliner was aired on Paramount and streamed on DAZN live from the Saitama Super Arena. Japan

In his post fight speech, Emelianenco made a statement concerning his retirement through a translator, which was a little contradictory to what Bellator President Scott Coker had said concerning his retirement and the retirement tour planed for him.
“Perhaps my career stops here in Japan where I started,” Emelianenko said after the fight. “Thank you for supporting me in my career. This is the end of my tour.”
The translated information was spread through the MMA world like wild fire. Moments later it was clarified , the information was mis-translated and misinterpreted as the Russian implied that will be his last fight in Japan, which was where he started his career and built his legacy as PRIDE Champion.
